Stockpile will not be responsible for any losses if a wrong shipping address/details are given. Please double check!
Parcels will be shipped with Pos Laju.
*Currently, we only deliver within Malaysia.
Delivery usually takes about 1-3 working days for Peninsular Malaysia and to Sabah & Sarawak.
For addresses categorized as an out of delivery area, delivery may take 3-5 working days.

If you're ordering as a gift, you can request for no invoice to be in your parcel. You can let us know during checkout in the "Add a Remark" message box. An invoice will still be sent through email.
*Plese note, working days do not include weekends and public holidays.
*If there are any complications with shipping (eg: very bulky items, shipping to isolated areas), we may use a different courier. We will inform and confirm with you first before shipping.
Free shipping will be provided for orders above RM30 within Peninsular Malaysia only.
For Sabah/Sarawak, free shipping will be provided for orders RM50 and above.
Orders below RM30
We will charge a flat rate shipping fee of RM10 to Peninsular Malaysia, or RM15 to Sabah and Sarawak.
Orders below RM30 do not qualify for free shipping.
At the moment, Stockpile Malaysia does not provide COD or a self-pickup service. All parcels will be delivered through postage only.
*Orders placed on Saturdays/Sundays will be shipped out on Monday.
*As the post office is closed on public holidays, we will resume shipment on the next working day.
If you recieve any damaged items, we're very sorry! We will provide full compensation for any damaged products. Please notify us within 3 days upon receiving your parcel if anything is missing or broken.

Missing parcels are a very rare occurance. In the unlikely event your parcel is lost, we will provide you with a full refund + reship your order for absolutely free!
Parcels are considered to be missing if it has not been delivered after 2 weeks. Please notify us if you think your parcel might be missing before 1 month has passed after shipment date.
If item(s) in your order are no longer in stock, we will replace it with an item of similar value. You may contact us if you'd like to choose the replacement items you want. Otherwise, items will be sent out randomly.
Tip: If you're not at home often, we can deliver to your office or workplace. Also, if you are overseas or on holiday, we can ship your parcel to a relative or a friend. To do this, change your shipping address and details to the place you want to deliver to upon ordering.
If a missed delivery occurs (no one able to collect), your parcel will be sent to the nearest post office. Pos Laju will leave a delivery slip to let you know which outlet to collect your parcel.
Please collect your parcel within 7 days. We cannot extend this time length as it is beyond our control.
After 7 days, the parcel will be sent back to us. We will notify you through email after receiving your parcel back from Pos Laju.
If this occurs, you will be able to request for a re-delivery or a refund.
Please note, we charge a redelivery fee of: RM10 (shipping to Peninsular Malaysia) or RM15 (shipping to Sabah/Sarawak).

We will refund your total order (excluding shipping fees) minus a service fee of RM10. Refunds will be made to store credit by default.
