Yes, all items are ready stock and ready to be shipped out once payment is made. Here at Stockpile, nothing is preordered.

How do I use coupons?
Coupons can be used upon checkout. Simply enter the coupon code and click "Appy" to recieve a discount.
Do I get to choose my free gifts?
You can choose your free gift here. (or click on "Claim Coupon" in the top bar). Please note, free gift can only be claimed with valid use of a coupon. Free gifts are limited to one per order. For orders that do not use a coupon, free gifts will not be included in your parcel.
Can I use an expired coupon?
No. Coupon codes will be inactive after the expiry date. Coupon codes will not be re-issued due to expiry. If you'd like to get another coupon, you will have to place another order.
How do I get coupons?
Coupons will be issued with each order. You will recieve a coupon code in your parcel. If you do not recieve one, or if you've lost yours, feel free to contact us :)
Can I exchange my coupon for cash/store credit?
No, coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
Can I use more than one coupon at a time?
Only one coupon can be used per order.
Can coupons be used with any discounts?
Yes. Coupons can be combined with any discounts or price cuts.

Can my product arrive before X date?
From personal experience, Pos Laju is one of the fastest couriers and only takes about 1-3 days for most places. However, there is also the risk of delays due to bad weather, peak season, and such. We recommend ordering 1 week earlier just in case to prevent any dissapointments.
(Please take into account public holidays. If there are many non-working days in a week, please order earlier as there may be more delays)

We ship all orders with Pos Laju. Tracking information will be provided.
How can I track my parcel?
When will I receive my order?
Delivery usually takes about 1-3 working days for Peninsular Malaysia and to Sabah & Sarawak.
For addresses categorized as an out of delivery area, delivery may take 3-5 working days.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped daily on weekdays. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped out on Monday (or the next working day).
Do you offer self-pickup or COD?
At the moment, Stockpile Malaysia does not provide COD or a self-pickup service. All parcels will be delivered through postage only.
Do you ship internationally?
Stockpile Malaysia does not ship internationally. We only ship within Malaysia for the time being.

How do I place an order?
Click on "Add to Cart" for items you wish to purchase. Once you're done selecting, click on "Checkout". For a more indepth guide, please click here.
How can I make payment?
At the moment, payment can only be made through bank transfer. Please refer to our Payments page here.
(Bank Transfer/Cash Deposit) I paid more than my total order because the machine does not accept RM1s. Will I be refunded?
If you have paid more than your total order, the extra amount will be refunded to you via store credit. This amount will be automatically be deducted when you place your next order.
Can I dropship your products?
Yes, dropshipping is allowed. Please leave the message "Dropshipping" during checkout in the "Add a Remark" message box. We will not include any invoice or store promotional material in the parcel. Please use your own email address in the account - we will send tracking information and the invoice there.
Do you offer wholesale discounts?
Currently, we do not offer any wholesale discounts. However, you may use coupons with bulk purchases.
I don’t have a bank account or a debit/credit card. Can I still order?
Unfortunately, all payment options require a bank account. If you don't have one, you may ask a relative or a friend to purchase on your behalf.
What is store credit?
Store Credit plays the role of cash/cash deposit on Stockpile.com.my
How do I earn store credit?
You will recieve store credit if (i) You have banked in an amount more than your total order, (ii) through refunds/exchange.
How do I use store credit?
Store Credit will automatically be deducted when you place your next order.

If your parcel has arrived with any issues, please contact us within 3 days upon collecting your parcel.
My order arrived broken
Please send your order ID# and attach 2-3 pictures and contact us. Once we have checked and confirmed the goods/products, we will then proceed to process the refund.
Order is missing a few products/ wrong order recieved.
If your parcel is missing a few items, or if you've recieved the wrong order please contact us here. We will provide a full replacement for free.
My parcel is missing.
Parcels are considered to be missing if it has not been delivered after 2 weeks. If parcel is lost, we will provide you with a full refund + redeliver your order for absolutely free.
I want to change my details/products ordered. May I still do so after ordering?
Please do not make payment if you notice an error. Do cancel, and then reorder if you'd like to change or add any items after confirmation. If you have already paid, please contact us and we will help you out personally. Once a parcel has been shipped out will not be able make any further changes.
I was not at home during time of delivery
If a missed delivery occurs (no one able to collect), your parcel will be sent to the nearest post office. Pos Laju will leave a delivery slip to let you know which outlet to collect your parcel. Please collect your parcel within 7 days or it will be sent back to us. We cannot extend this time length as it is beyond our control.
My parcel has been sent back to you. How do I collect it?
After 7 days, the parcel will be sent back to us. If this occurs, you will be able to request for a re-delivery or a refund. For more info, please refer to our Delivery page.
