Be sure to click on the white box next to the Terms & Conditions. The box should have a tick and should be blue in colour. Check your order one last time and then click on "Place your Order".
Once you've done that, you will see a page with the title "YOUR ORDER #__ HAS BEEN PROCESSED!". This means that your order has been placed and confirmed. To remember your order ID# number, you may write it down or check your email inbox.
Proceed to make payment at the bank. You may transfer money through: bank transfer, cash deposit, or Internet bank transfer. You can still transfer money even if you don't also have a Maybank account.
Once you have paid, please take a picture of the reciept. If you have paid through Internet bank transfer, please take a screenshot of proof of transaction. Picture must clearly show time, date, account number and total amount transferred.If you lost your reciept or forgot to take a screenshot, there's no need to worry. Please click here for instructions on what to do.
If you wish to send your picture through email, you may wish to do so by emailing email@example.com. Please attach the picture and your order ID# number in the text box.
Once your payment has been confirmed, we will then proceed to ship your order. Tracking number will be provided through email once your order has been shipped. You can track your parcel by clicking here.
Your parcel should reach you in about 1-3 working days for Peninsular Malaysia and to Sabah & Sarawak. For addresses in an out of delivery area, delivery may take 3-5 working days.
